A private prescription is issued by a private prescriber or by your NHS prescriber if your treatment is not available under the NHS.
We offer a very competitively priced private prescription service.
Additionally for customers not local to us – we can deliver to anywhere in the UK, via Royal Mail Tracked (see here for further delivery details).
How does it work?
Complete the PRIVATE PRESCRIPTION FORM
There are charges which apply to private medicines and these vary depending on the medicine, we will contact you with the total cost, and if acceptable payment by card can be taken securely over the telephone.
Then post the prescription to us – we will provide you with the address details.
We will dispense the medication for you as soon as we receive your prescription. You can either collect from McPherson-Pharmacy, or we will post to you if required.
